1. Lease
The lease concerns slightly used vehicles provided by Prime Leasing Athens, according to the terms stated in each contract. All vehicles are delivered in excellent mechanical condition and include all necessary documents (registration license, insurance policy, KTEO inspection).
2. Duration and Kilometers
The lease duration is defined on a monthly basis, with a maximum allowed limit of 1,500 km/month.
In case of exceeding this limit, an additional charge of €0.10 + VAT per kilometer applies.
3. Insurance Coverage
All programs include:
- Full insurance and theft insurance with deductible (€500 or €1,000 depending on the category).
- Third-party liability insurance.
- 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance.
The driver is required to comply with the traffic code and use the vehicle exclusively for legal activities.
4. Deposit and Payments
Upon vehicle pickup:
- The 1st monthly lease payment is due.
- A deposit (€500 or €1,500) is paid, which is refunded at the end of the lease provided there are no outstanding issues (damages, late return, excess kilometers, etc.).
- The deposit may be paid via bank transfer or POS at our facilities.
5. Maintenance and Technical Support
The company covers:
- All scheduled maintenance.
- Tire replacements when required.
- Monthly vehicle check and cleaning.
- Vehicle replacement in case of breakdown or accident (within 24 hours, or 48 hours outside Attica).
6. Lessee Obligations
The lessee is required to:
- Keep the vehicle in good condition.
- Not transfer or sublease the vehicle.
- Inform the company immediately in case of breakdown or accident.
- Not use the vehicle outside Greece without prior written authorization.
7. End of Lease
At the end of the lease, the lessee returns the vehicle in the condition it was received, except for normal wear and tear.
The return takes place at the company’s facilities, 113 Iviskou Street, Acharnes.
8. Purchase Option
The customer may request a purchase offer for the vehicle they are using.
The company will provide a written financial proposal within a reasonable period.
9. Payment Methods
Lease payments can be made:
- Via POS at the company’s facilities.
- Or by bank transfer.
10. Age Requirement
To rent a vehicle, the driver must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
